Privacy Policy

This policy explains how DynaPlay handles personal information when you visit the DynaPlay website, submit a venue enquiry, or contact us about a potential partnership.

Effective date: 5 May 2026

This policy applies to solteq.net and its venue enquiry process. DynaPlay consumer app, operator dashboard, booking, payment, and account features should have their own product privacy terms before launch unless they expressly link to this policy.

Who we are

DynaPlay builds technology that helps improve sports participation by making venues easier to discover, access, book, and coordinate with other people.

When this policy says "DynaPlay", "we", "us", or "our", it refers to the DynaPlay business responsible for this website. You can contact us at enquiries@solteq.net.

Personal information we collect

We collect personal information only where it is reasonably connected with operating this website, responding to enquiries, improving our services, or meeting legal and security obligations.

  • Enquiry details: venue or organisation name, contact name, email address, phone number, role or title, venue location, facility type, sports supported, approximate number of bookable spaces, current booking or venue system, primary access or participation challenge, and any message you choose to provide.
  • Correspondence: information you provide when you email us, reply to us, book a meeting, or discuss a potential DynaPlay partnership.
  • Technical information: limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, and server logs collected by our website hosting, security, and email delivery services.
  • Integration context: details about booking systems, venue management platforms, payment providers, participation challenges, access gaps, or other tools you tell us about so we can understand whether DynaPlay may work alongside your current setup.

Sensitive information

Please do not include health information, government identifiers, payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive personal information in an enquiry message unless we specifically ask for it and it is necessary.

If we receive information we did not ask for and do not need, we may delete or de-identify it where lawful and reasonable.

How we collect information

  • directly from you when you submit the enquiry form, email us, or speak with us;
  • from your organisation or another representative if they contact us about DynaPlay on your behalf;
  • automatically through standard website hosting, security, logging, and delivery tools; and
  • from third-party systems only where you ask us to explore an integration or where another lawful basis applies.

How we use information

  • respond to venue enquiries and partnership discussions;
  • understand how DynaPlay may help improve venue discovery, access, coordination, bookings, payments, and participation;
  • discuss practical setup, onboarding, support, and integration options;
  • operate, secure, test, and improve this website and enquiry process;
  • send relevant follow-up communications where permitted, including a simple way to opt out where required; and
  • meet legal, regulatory, accounting, dispute, and security obligations.

Who we disclose information to

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose personal information to the limited parties needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries.

  • Service providers: website hosting, email delivery, security, analytics if later added, customer support, scheduling, and other operational providers.
  • Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, insurers, and business advisers where reasonably required.
  • Third-party system providers: only where you ask us to discuss, assess, or perform an integration with a booking provider, venue management tool, payment provider, or similar system.
  • Legal and safety recipients: regulators, courts, law enforcement, or others where required or permitted by law, or where necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or investigate misuse.

Overseas disclosure

Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia. Where applicable privacy laws require it, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with those laws or another lawful transfer mechanism applies.

Because service provider infrastructure can change, it may not be practicable to list every country at all times.

Cookies and analytics

This website is currently designed as a static marketing site with an enquiry form. Based on the current implementation, we do not intentionally use advertising cookies or client-side analytics trackers on this website.

Website hosting, security, and email delivery providers may still generate technical logs needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and measure reliability. If we add analytics or tracking tools later, this policy should be updated before or at the time those tools are introduced.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We keep enquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond to you, manage the relationship, improve our services, resolve disputes, and meet legal or business record obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy, or de-identify it.

Access, correction, and complaints

You may ask us to access or correct personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

If you have a privacy concern or complaint, contact us first at enquiries@solteq.net. We will review the issue and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another applicable regulator.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, DynaPlay services, privacy laws, or our data practices change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
