Terms of Use

These terms apply when you access the DynaPlay website, read our content, or submit a venue partnership enquiry.

Effective date: 5 May 2026

These are website terms only. They do not replace any separate agreement for DynaPlay platform services, venue onboarding, bookings, payments, operator dashboard access, integrations, or paid work.

Acceptance

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use this website.

If you submit an enquiry for a venue, organisation, or business, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to make the enquiry or have permission from the relevant organisation.

Website scope

This website provides information about DynaPlay and allows venue operators, sports facility owners, partners, and related organisations to contact us.

The website itself does not provide a live booking service, payment service, operator dashboard, account service, or integration service. Those services must be governed by separate customer, partner, platform, or written agreement terms before they are made available.

About DynaPlay

DynaPlay promotes increased sports participation through better access to sporting venues, clearer venue information, easier coordination between people, and technology that can support discovery, bookings, payments, and venue operations.

Booking functionality is one part of the platform. It exists to support the broader goal of helping people find places to play and connect with others more easily.

Using the website

  • use the website only for lawful purposes;
  • do not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website;
  • do not submit false, misleading, offensive, confidential, or unlawful material;
  • do not attempt to access systems, data, or services that are not intentionally made available to you; and
  • do not copy, scrape, reproduce, or reuse website content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

Information and enquiries

Website content is provided for general business information. It may not include every detail, limitation, dependency, or commercial term relevant to a venue or integration.

Submitting an enquiry does not require us to provide services, enter into a partnership, reserve pricing, or start integration work. Any next step depends on discussion, fit, technical feasibility, and any separate written terms we agree with you.

Third-party systems and integrations

DynaPlay is open to discussing ways its features may work alongside third-party booking providers, venue management platforms, payment providers, or other tools your venue already uses.

Integration availability is not guaranteed. It may depend on technical access, third-party permission, data quality, security review, commercial terms, implementation scope, and any agreement required by DynaPlay or the third-party provider.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, DynaPlay name, branding, copy, layout, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to DynaPlay.

You may view and share links to this website for ordinary business evaluation. You must not reproduce, adapt, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Availability and security

We aim to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the website will always be free from vulnerabilities.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or withdraw any part of the website at any time, including for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons.

Australian Consumer Law and non-excludable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Where the law permits us to limit liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynaPlay is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, reliance on general website information, unauthorised access, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for making your own assessment of whether DynaPlay is suitable for your venue, organisation, systems, and operational needs before entering any separate agreement.

Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should read it together with these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and DynaPlay submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
